WEIGHT LOSS HELP

So you put on the COVID 19 and the thought of being in a bathing suit in Mexico is making you nauseous…Time to shed the extra weight ladies! I am working on a new diet program and will be offering it very soon. I will be doing some injectable lipotropics (capsules for you needle chickens) and injectable B12 to aid in the fat loss and help energy.

HCG has been taken away from the compounding pharmacists and made into a pharmaceutical medicine which costs 4 times as much as compounded. FDA regulations can really stink. Soooo we will not be doing HCG unless we can get the local pharmacies to get and make reasonably priced (I’m working on this). Although I love HCG, I do think that I can make a better long lasting program for you all…and can be done 1 month to infinity…no time lines or crazy calorie restrictions.

Until I get the new program up and rolling….some things to work on include:

  1. Drink more water.

  2. Drink less booze…seriously.

  3. Eat less sugar and processed foods.

  4. Increase protein to a minimum of 100 grams per day (yes, that is a lot…but I promise it pays off)

  5. Move your ass.

  6. Sleep enough and hard.

  7. Eat more plants.

  8. Self love—massage, meditation, art, music, outdoors…etc.
